Hayes Lemmerz Jantas has been established in 1968. In 1978, company has began to produce heavy duty commercial vehicles first as flat base then as tubeless in 1980. As of today; we produce modern tubeless wheels as one of the pioneers in Turkey.

1995, the worlds well known wheel manufacturer hayes-lemmerz holding has bought 25% share of jantas and became shareholder. Meanwhile extending production capacity, as well as for improving its technological level, jantas completed a huge capital investment project of a new factory building of 20,000 sqm built on a land of 37,000 sqm located in manisa industrial zone. Jantas achieved the annual production capacity of 1,000,000 of commercial and heavy duty vehicle wheels.

Our quality assurance system has been built in 1980s. It has been improved until 1995 and certified according to QS9000 in february 2000. Design control system is being re-designed presently. We have been very recently upgraded
To ISO 16949 on the way to total quality management.

A license and know-how agreement has paved the way towards a joint-venture with our partner hayes-lemmerz in 1995. License agreement covers all knowledge for design and production of wheel together with design of machinery and equipment.

We supply the majority of our wheels to the following OEM companies;
Mercedes benz Turkey, man, bmc, chrysler, isuzu, mitsubishi, iveco(otoyol)ford(otosan)from USA to Japan, from Australia to Africa, we export 45 countries in five continents.
We also supply worldwide OEM customers such as renault/France, volvo/Sweden, nissan/Spain, mitsubishi/portugal, bridgestone/Japan, daewoo, hyundai/south Korea etc
